AgentEmil Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AgentEmil, Emil, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Description of services

AgentEmil provides operational communication, fleet coordination, service workflow tools, maintenance support, customer support, and related business communication services. These tools support fleet operations, vehicle service scheduling, driver communications, emergency coordination workflows, and related business processes.

3. SMS messaging terms

By providing a mobile number and opting in, users agree to receive SMS messages from AgentEmil / Emil.

Messages may include:

• operational updates
• vehicle service and repair coordination
• emergency support coordination
• maintenance and TPMS alerts
• driver statement notifications
• recruitment and onboarding follow-up
• customer support and business communications

Message frequency varies based on operational activity, alerts, or service needs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing or receiving unrelated services.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use AgentEmil only for lawful, appropriate operational, fleet, and business purposes. You may not use the service to transmit abusive, misleading, fraudulent, harassing, unlawful, or malicious content. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legal compliance of information you provide.

5. Service availability and no guarantee

AgentEmil provides services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service. Operational workflows may be restricted, delayed, or unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, network conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Emergency limitations

Operational emergency assistance and coordination tools are designed to support business and operational communications, not to replace emergency response services. These tools do not replace 911 or professional emergency services. If there is an immediate safety threat or medical emergency, contact local emergency responders or emergency services immediately.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentEmil is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service or communications, including service disruptions, delayed messages, missed alerts, or operational coordination gaps. We are not responsible for damages caused by third-party providers, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

8. Privacy and data handling

AgentEmil's handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure practices described there.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law and contact
