AgentEmil Customer Service — Driver Contact Notice

This notice is for active drivers who have an existing working or contractual relationship with Easy Transit.

When the new AgentEmil customer-service channel launches, Easy Transit will provide the AgentEmil customer-service phone number directly to active contracted drivers.

Drivers may voluntarily call or text AgentEmil when they need customer-service or operational assistance, including vehicle service, maintenance, roadside or emergency coordination, appointment assistance, onboarding questions, account questions, or other operational matters related to their active relationship with Easy Transit.

SMS conversations are initiated by the driver. AgentEmil does not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages. AgentEmil replies with service-related information connected to the driver's request.
